Thank you to Pauline and Spike Mortier of Lubberline Labradors for this beautiful girl. Nicki is an energetic girl who excels in just about everything she does. She is typey with powerful, superb movement. Nicki is an avid retriever with a ton of drive. In 2004, Nicki completed her Canadian championship, her UKC Agility I title and two passes towards her Started Hunting Retriever title. Nicki had her turn at motherhood and whelped 8 lovely pups March 17, 2005. Only ten weeks after having her pups, Nicki went on to earn two more Started Hunting Retriever passes and earn her SHR title. We are so very proud of this girl.

On May 26, 2007, Nicki earned her UWP title in three straight pulls and thus joined an elite group of dogs who have earned UKC weight pull, obedience, agility, and conformation titles who are dubbed "SUPER DOGS." Nicki is only the second Labrador (the first being Darwin owned by our good friend Nicole McCarthy, also of Michigan) to earn this designation and the first female Lab. To say we are estatic is an understatement! It would be tough to ask for a more versatile and willing dog than Nicki.

Nicki continues to excel as a performance dog qualifiying in two back-to-back to junior hunt tests September 1 & 2, 2007 at Marshbanks Golden Retriever Club in Williamston, MI. These were our first AKC hunts tests for both Nicki and Jeanine. September 22 and 23 brought two more JH passes for Nicki at the Ohio Valley Retriever Club hunt tests in Coshocton, OH to earn Nick her JH in four straight tests all owner handled.

Nicki earns her RN title in 2008 with three straight passes.
